Aleksandr Trade LLC (ԱԼԵՔՍԱՆԴՐ ԹՐԵՅԴ ՍՊԸ) (“we”) operates QUANTUM AURA. This policy explains what personal data we process and why. Contact: support@quantumaura.art.

What we collect

• Order data: the poster level, the name or nickname to print, and for gifts the recipient’s and sender’s names; order time and status.
• Payment data: processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your e-mail, billing country and payment details; we do not see your full card details.
• The poster: the generated image and its verification page.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser) kept for security and troubleshooting.
• Advertising cookies: if we use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads, it is enabled only with your consent where required by law.

Why

To create and deliver your poster, show its verification page, handle payments, refunds and support, prevent abuse, and — with consent — measure advertising.

What is public

The verification page of a poster shows the poster image, level, edition number, date and the names printed on it to anyone who has its QR code or link. Do not enter names you do not want to be visible there.

Service providers

• Paddle.com — payments, invoices, refunds (Merchant of Record).
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Replicate — AI image generation (receives a text prompt, no personal data).
• OpenAI — quote generation (receives a text prompt, no personal data).
• Database and file storage providers that store orders and poster files on our behalf.
• Meta Platforms — advertising measurement, only with consent.

How long we keep data

Orders and posters are kept while the verification page is active, so that the certificate keeps working. You can ask us to delete your poster and its data at any time; the verification page will then stop working. Financial records are kept by Paddle as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to support@quantumaura.art. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
