1. Who we are

QUANTUM AURA is a brand of Aleksandr Trade LLC (ԱԼԵՔՍԱՆԴՐ ԹՐԵՅԴ ՍՊԸ), registration No. 264.110.1133529, tax ID 00222938, registered at 20/1/1 Vagharsh Vagharshyan St., Arabkir, Yerevan 0012, Armenia (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@quantumaura.art. These Terms govern your purchase and use of QUANTUM AURA digital posters on this website.

2. Our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the payment.

3. The product

A QUANTUM AURA poster is a digital image created for your order: an AI-generated artwork, an original quote, the poster level, an edition number, the name or nickname you provide and a QR code linking to a verification page. Levels, prices and inclusions are listed on the Pricing page. Nothing physical is shipped.

Edition numbers and levels are a collectible status feature of our service. A poster is not a financial instrument, security, cryptocurrency or NFT, and has no guaranteed resale value.

4. Ordering and delivery

After the payment is confirmed, the poster is generated and shown in your browser, usually within seconds, together with download buttons and a personal link. If generation fails, we retry automatically; if it still fails, we contact you to regenerate the poster or refund the payment (see the Refund Policy).

5. Names, nicknames and gifts

You may add a name or nickname of up to 20 characters (Latin or Cyrillic letters, digits, “_” and “.”). If you buy a gift, you provide the recipient’s name and, optionally, your own. You confirm that you have the right to use these names and that they are not offensive, unlawful or infringe anyone’s rights. We may refuse or remove such content.

6. Verification page

Each poster has a public verification page (opened via its QR code or personal link) that shows the poster image, its level, edition number, date and the names printed on it. Anyone with the link or QR code can view it.

7. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to download, keep, print and share your poster, including on social networks. Commercial use (selling, merchandising or advertising products) requires our written permission. The QUANTUM AURA name, logo, frames and layout remain ours. Artworks are created with AI models and may resemble other works by chance.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

9. Changes and law

We may update these Terms; the version shown at the time of your order applies to it. These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
